'In connection with the current developments, we have launched procedures which have been envisaged for such a situation', Mueller said. Earlier, he announced that an explosion in south-eastern Poland killed two Polish citizens and added 'services have launched an investigation into the circumstances around the event'. 'We have decided to verify whether there are premises to launch procedures envisaged in Article 4 of the North Atlantic treaty', Mueller also said. Foreign mass media reported that two people died Tuesday afternoon after a missile struck an area where grain was drying in Przewodow, a Polish village near the border with Ukraine. CRACOVIA (POLONIA) - El Gobierno de Polonia atribuyó este miércoles a un “misil de fabricación rusa” la explosión registrada el martes en el este del país cerca de la frontera con Ucrania que causó dos muertos, y convocó al embajador de Rusia en Varsovia.

Un portavoz del ministerio de Exteriores polaco explicó que la convocatoria al diplomático tiene como objetivo que aporte “explicaciones detalladas inmediatas”.
