El criminólogo Juan Martens aseguró que el mexicano Hernán Bermúdez Requena, alias El Abuelo, supuesto miembro del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación, podía moverse tranquilamente por Paraguay debido a que contaba con protección política. El experto no descartó que el ahora detenido ya haya montado una célula criminal en nuestro país.
